  • Can I drop by a leasing office in person?

    None of our properties have on-site leasing offices. 


  • How do I apply for an apartment?

    Under the Availability tab, click on your preferred unit to begin the online application process and follow the prompts to submit.


  • How much is the application fee?

    The application fee is $50 for each applicant.

  • What are Huntington’s lease terms?

    Lease terms are generally 12 months, but a 6 month lease may be considered on a case by case basis.

  • How can I schedule a tour?

    Under the Availability tab, click on your preferred unit and complete the contact form. A property manager will reach out to schedule a showing.

  • How long does it take for an application to be processed?

    In general, you should hear from us within 48 hours.

  • Does Huntington Apartment Homes require renter’s insurance?

    Yes, Huntington Apartment Homes requires renter’s insurance for all residents.

  • Does Huntington Apartment Homes offer furnished apartments?

    No, not at this time.

  • Are pets allowed at Huntington Apartment Homes properties?

    We do not allow pets at our properties.

  • How much is the security deposit?

    The security deposit varies by unit — please refer to the Availability tab for specific requirements.
