HUNTINGTON APARTMENT HOMES ACQUIRES 44 UNIT COMPLEX IN TALLAPOOSA, GEORGIA

Atlanta, Georgia (April 1, 2026)- Huntington Apartment Homes, Inc., a Georgia-based owner and operator of apartment complexes today announced that its affiliate, Huntington Apartment Homes XV LLC closed on its purchase of Stetson Pines Apartments, a 44 unit apartment complex in Tallapoosa, Georgia. Huntington will be renaming the complex Tallapoosa Manor.
